The 40 acre Deep Quarry Lake has two fishing piers and a maximum depth of 45 feet. Alongside Deep Quarry is the 15 acre Bass Lake which reaches a depth of 30 feet. Both contain bass, sunfish, channel, flathead, and crappie.
Due to the infestation of zebra mussels this lake has become much more difficult to fish from the shore due to the fact the fish no longer congregate in the shallower ends. There is however areas that you can access that are shallow and will product nice action. WackyBass and Toadfish were out there in 2011 and had a 30” inch northern of muskie jump the water and break the line. Tough to fish, but ample rewards.
